Internship Procedures

  1. Procedures to Be Done Before Starting the Internship

The students who will do the internship must send the documents listed below to our Faculty by hand or by mail to the address given below, at the latest 1 (one) week before the start of the internship, in order to ensure that the SGK insurance procedures are completed and that no penalty is applied:

-Internship application form (Internship Form)

-Workplace internship contract (Workplace Internship Contract)

-Photocopy of identity card (ID card)

-Entitlement certificate (e-government)

-Internship application form can be prepared as follows.

1-) The student fills in his/her own information.

2-) The student scans the internship form and sends it to the company where the internship will be done.

3-) The student sends the internship form to the faculty.

4-) After the faculty approves, the student returns the internship form.

5-) When the internship starts, the original form is sent to the school by mail, both by filling in the original form itself and by having it filled out by the internship institution (with a wet signature).

It is the student’s responsibility to complete the paperwork correctly and completely. The responsibility of the documents not submitted to the Dean’s Office on time belongs to the student, and late applications will not be processed and internships will not be held on the requested dates.

  1. Procedures to be done during the internship

The studies, achievements, learnings, and related practices during the internship should be written and placed in accordance with the internship notebook template. (Internship Book Template)

At the end of the internship, the assessment form will be filled by the relevant internship officer and sent to the Faculty by mail. (Internship Assessment Form)

  1. Procedures After the Internship

After the internship is over, the internship book will be delivered to the Faculty Registrar’s Office by hand or by mail, within the first week of the new academic term at the latest.
